Steps for making matcha flavored muffins (baking)

① Mix the filling ingredients together until smooth, then transfer to a piping bag and set aside.

❷ Combine all the crumble toppings except the almond slices and knead until it resembles sand or gravel. Then add the almond slices back in and mix well.

❸ Emulsify all liquids together.

❹ Emulsify until no visible oil is visible on the surface.

5. Weigh the powders and mix them evenly.

6. Then sieve it, and stir well after sieving.

7. Put it in a piping bag for later use.

8. Place a paper tray inside the mold, then pipe a small amount of muffin dough onto the bottom.

9. Then squeeze the filling in the middle.

❿Then pipe out muffin shapes, and top them with three portions of streusel topping.

① Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
