How to make sugar-free, no-knead Focaccia bread

Simply mix the dough ingredients together until a dough forms, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Wet your hands slightly, lift the dough and fold it in half. After a minute, the surface will be smoother.

Let it rise for another 30 minutes, then repeat the folding process once more. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Now prepare the surface decorations. Wash them clean and cut them into shapes.

Spread olive oil evenly on a 28×28cm baking pan, making sure to coat all edges and corners.

Transfer the dough to the baking sheet

At this point, cut the onion and tomato.

Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet and let it rest for 30 minutes. Stretch and relax the dough as you go until it covers the entire baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 220℃ for 10 minutes.

Decorate the surface.

Sprinkle with some black pepper and salt

Place in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 220℃ and bake for 20 minutes.

The onion could be sliced even thinner.

I replaced the onion with an apple. Apparently, vegetarians consider onions to be a type of meat. This is the first time I've heard of this.
