How to make mushroom-shaped toast (baking) ๐

โ Mix all ingredients except butter and salt in a stand mixer on low speed, then beat on high speed until a thick membrane forms.

โท Then add butter and salt and beat until the mixture reaches the windowpane stage (glass membrane stage). Remove it from the heat and let it rise at room temperature until doubled in size.

โธ (Sudden power outage ๐จ) After the first rise, take it out to deflate and roll it out to the same width as the mold. Then roll it up and place it in the mold to proof. Because of the power outage, it can only proof at room temperature. If possible, proof it at 35 degrees Celsius until it rises about 2-3 centimeters above the mold. Then bake it in the oven.

โน Bake in a preheated oven at 165ยฐC (top heat) and 185ยฐC (bottom heat) for 26-30 minutes.

5. Once baked, quickly remove from the mold and let cool before slicing.
