Baking | Steps to make matcha ganache mousse

⚠️Makes 6 1️⃣ Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter until smooth. Press evenly into molds and press firmly (refrigerate as shown in the picture). 2️⃣ Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream to a yogurt consistency and pour into the cream cheese mixture, mixing well. 3️⃣ Melt 35g of hot milk and softened gelatin sheets. Let cool to water temperature and pour into the cream cheese mixture, stirring well. 4️⃣ Mix 20g of milk and matcha powder. Add to the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Pipe into molds and freeze for one hour. 5️⃣ Melt dark chocolate and heavy cream over a double boiler. Pipe onto the matcha mousse mixture and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. 6️⃣ After unmolding, sprinkle with cocoa powder, pipe a small circle of matcha cream, and add a piece of chocolate.
