How to Make Low-Sugar Cookies (Quick and Easy Version, Suitable for Toddlers)

Prepare all the ingredients. The milk is just for later use. If you add too much flour and the dough is too dry, you can add a little milk to mix it evenly. I usually don't use milk. If you add too much flour and the butter ratio is too low, the cookies will be harder. The amount I've given is for a crispier texture, but you can add more flour, up to a kilogram.

First, place three whole eggs in a bowl and beat them into an egg mixture. There's no need to separate the egg whites and yolks. Let it sit at room temperature. If the eggs were refrigerated, they will be too cold; make sure to let them sit at room temperature.

Melt the butter in a 40°C oven until it feels like creamy yogurt.

Mix the granulated sugar and butter well.

After the sugar and butter have fully melted and combined, pour in the reserved egg mixture and mix well. Then, gradually add the flour, kneading it in evenly in several batches.

The kneaded dough has a smooth surface and no longer sticks to the gloves or the bowl.

Place plastic wrap in a long cookie cutter, then press the dough into the cutter firmly.

First, freeze the dough, along with the mold, for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, remove it and refrigerate it for later use.

If you don't have enough dough for one cookie cutter, you can knead it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for later use. You can then use it to make various shapes.

Freeze or refrigerate the cookies until they reach a certain firmness, then slice them with a knife. The slices should be about 5-6 mm thick. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the sliced cookies on the sheet.

You can easily knead any leftover dough into a round shape.

Preheat the oven to 165°C for a few minutes. Place the oven in the oven and bake at 165°C for 20 minutes, using both top and bottom heat. Oven temperatures may vary, so the temperature should be around 165-170°C.

Hand-rolled round cakes can also be baked in the same way.

The baked cookies are a slightly darker color. They are a bit soft when they come out of the oven, but they will become crispy after they cool down.

Pack the cookies into a bag and seal it.

Or store it in a sealed jar.

The beautiful cookies are ready! You can give them as gifts or eat them yourself. They will keep for 20 days at room temperature without any problems.

You can also use cartoon molds to press the dough into various shapes. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it evenly with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 6 millimeters.

Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F) with both top and bottom heating elements on, and bake for 20 minutes.

Cute and delicious cookies are ready!
