Baking | Creamy cheese croissant - who hasn't tried it yet!
We've recreated the super popular cheese croissant from a certain online marketplace! So soft and fluffy, it's absolutely irresistible! Don't let the milk powder coating fool you; it's not overly sweet at all! I'm not exaggerating when I say I could set up a stall selling these! Even beginners can easily make them! Ingredients: 40g corn oil, 40g milk, 40g low-gluten flour, 4 eggs, 35g granulated sugar. Cheese filling: 80g cream cheese, 80g heavy cream, 2g rum (optional). Steps: Refer to pictures 5-8. Baking: Preheat oven to 150°C for 30 minutes, then increase to 180°C for the last 5 minutes and bake until golden brown!
