1. Mix soil

2. Light
Succulents are plants that love sunlight. If they are placed in an area with insufficient light, they are prone to etiolation and will have an unsightly shape. Therefore, except for summer, they should be exposed to plenty of sunlight in other seasons to prevent etiolation.
3. Watering
Watering succulents is very simple. When they are growing normally, just water them thoroughly when the soil is completely dry. In summer, try not to water them. If the plant is small, you can choose to water it in the evening when there is good ventilation to ensure that the plant does not dry out completely.
4. Temperature
A constant temperature allows succulents to continue growing. In winter, the temperature can be appropriately increased to prevent them from freezing to death, but higher temperatures are not necessarily better. 20-35 degrees Celsius is the most suitable temperature for growth.
5. Ventilation
Good ventilation is crucial for water evaporation. The better the ventilation, the faster the water evaporates, keeping the soil drier and protecting the succulent's roots. Regularly opening windows when keeping succulents indoors can improve air circulation.
6. Shade
In the summer, the high temperatures and intense sunlight require at least 50% shade. Place the plant in a well-ventilated, shady area. Even if it is not in good condition, it will naturally improve in the fall.
7. Repair roots
When repotting succulents or planting them elsewhere, root pruning is essential. All the existing fine roots must be trimmed off so that new roots can grow faster. Therefore, root pruning is indispensable.
8. Fertilizing
When fertilizing succulents, it's important to choose the right fertilizer. Multi-element fertilizers can provide balanced nutrients.
