Let's make the Basque cake first.

The Basque cake portion uses Danish cream cheese and German whipping cream. Diverse landscapes and climates, diverse traditions, and expertise contribute to the wide variety of dairy products and flavors in the EU. The exceptional quality of EU dairy products is closely linked to Europe's diverse terrain and abundant pastures.

Add French organic honey to the softened cream cheese and mix well.

Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add an egg and mix well. Add the next egg and mix well.

Add room temperature German whipping cream and mix well.

Add cornstarch and mix well. Sift the batter into a 6-inch mold and tap it to release any air bubbles.

Bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, then remove and let cool.

Next, make the strawberry mousse part.

Danish cream cheese with Finnish strawberry jam.

After mixing well, add the German heavy cream and continue mixing well.

Pour Dutch organic milk into a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds until warm. Add the softened gelatin sheets and mix well.

Pour the mixed liquid into the strawberry cheese paste and stir well. Pour the mixture over the Basque surface and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Pipe cream on top and decorate with strawberries. The strawberry mousse Basque cake is now complete!
