Steps for making garlic mini breads (baked)

① Soften the butter to a creamy consistency, mince the garlic, then add the other ingredients and mix. Once the garlic sauce is ready, transfer it to a piping bag and set aside.

❷ For the bread dough, except for the butter, use a stand mixer to first mix on low speed, then beat on high speed until a rough membrane forms.

❸ Then add the softened butter, and mix on low speed, then switch to high speed and beat until the mixture reaches the windowpane stage.

❹ Then gather the ingredients together, cover with plastic wrap, and let them ferment until they double in size (since the room temperature is warm now, we're letting them ferment at room temperature).

5. After fermentation, divide the dough into 30 equal portions and shape them into round or oval shapes.

⑥ Place a bowl of warm water at the bottom and let it ferment at 33 degrees Celsius until it increases in size by 1.5 times.

7. Then take it out and cut a slit in it.

8. Squeeze garlic sauce in the middle. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

9. After preheating, bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 18-20 minutes, depending on the browning.
