Air fryer version: Wash orange peel π

Grate the orange pulp into shavings, then squeeze out the juice from the pulp and set aside 35 grams.

Separate the egg white and yolk.

Add cooking oil, orange juice, cake flour, and cornstarch to the egg yolks.

Mix well with a hand whisk and set aside.

Add sugar and vinegar to egg whites

Whisk with an electric mixer

After beating the egg whites, pour all the egg yolks into the egg whites.

Add the orange peel and mix well.

Add your favorite chopped nuts, or omit them if you don't like them.

Pour the cake batter into a 6-inch mold, tap it a few times, and bake in an air fryer at 140 degrees Celsius for one hour. Cover the surface with aluminum foil, remove the foil after 50 minutes, and bake for another 5 minutes!
