Air Fryer Toast Recipe Steps

Pour the prepared flour, yeast, sugar, and milk into a mixing bowl, then add 20g of whole egg liquid and stir until it forms clumps. 🌟One egg will yield approximately 60g of egg liquid; do not discard the remaining egg liquid, keep it for brushing the bread.

Knead the dough until smooth, add the softened butter, and continue kneading. You can use the slapping method to knead until you can form a gluten window. Let it rise in a warm place until it springs back when pressed.

Knead the fermented dough to remove the air, roughly roll it into a square, and cut it into triangles.

Roll up the dough and place it in the air fryer to rise for another 20-30 minutes. After the second rise, brush with the remaining egg wash and sprinkle with white sesame seeds (black sesame seeds are also fine).

Air fry at 150°C for 18-20 minutes. Temperature and time may vary slightly depending on the air fryer, so adjust accordingly. You can flip the food halfway through to prevent one side from drying out.

It can be torn apart and eaten; it's easy to make and tastes soft and sweet.
