How to make brown sugar cinnamon rolls (baking)

❶ Weighing the filling

❷ Then stir well and set aside.

❸ Beat the remaining ingredients, except for the butter, in a stand mixer until a rough membrane forms.

❹ Then add butter and beat until a smooth, elastic membrane forms.

5. After mixing, take it out and let it ferment at 30 degrees Celsius for half an hour. Then roll it out and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes (I took out a portion and added cocoa powder and kneaded it evenly).

6. After taking it out of the refrigerator, roll it out thinly.

7. Then spread the filling, leaving about 5 cm unfilled at the bottom, and then roll it up.

8. Roll the cocoa powder into legs~ Cut the cinnamon rolls and place them on top of the cocoa powder dough.

❾ Ferment at 35 degrees Celsius for half an hour

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top heat) and 170°C (bottom heat) for about 18 minutes.
