Separate the egg whites and yolks into separate, clean, dry containers. The egg whites can be stored in the refrigerator for later use.

Place milk, corn oil, and cocoa powder in a container and whisk until emulsified and the sugar has dissolved.

Sift the cake flour.

Use a whisk to stir in a Z-shaped motion until there are no flour lumps. It's okay if it's a little dry at this point; you can adjust it slightly after adding the egg yolks.

Add the egg yolks and mix well.

Adjust the batter until it can drip smoothly, forming patterns on the surface that quickly disappear.

Separate the egg whites and add a few drops of lemon juice or white vinegar. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until foamy, then add 1/3 of the sugar.

Continue stirring until the mixture just begins to form lines that immediately disappear, then add 1/3 of the sugar.

Stir until clear lines appear and do not disappear immediately, then add the remaining 1/3 of the sugar.

Continue stirring until stiff peaks form, forming small, upright hooks.

Add 1/3 of the meringue to the egg yolk mixture and mix it by cutting and folding, then stirring in a counter-clockwise circular motion.

Pour the mixture above into the remaining meringue. Mix well using the same method, as quickly as possible to prevent deflating the meringue. The cake batter is now ready.

Pour about 1/3 to 1/2 of the cake batter into the mold from a height of about 30 cm, and add heat-resistant chocolate chips.

Pour the remaining batter into the chiffon cake mold, then tap it on the table a few times to remove air bubbles.

Place in the oven. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) on the middle rack for about 45-50 minutes, covering with aluminum foil if necessary.

You can check if it's done by poking a toothpick into the cake; if it's not wet and sticky, it's baked. After baking, remove the cake from the oven and invert it onto a wire rack to cool.

To make the baked cheese sauce, combine the ingredients, melt them over a double boiler, stir well, and transfer to a piping bag.

Let cool and unmold for later use.

Spread the batter onto the cake base, including the top and sides. You can sprinkle some cookie crumbs or streusel on the sides, and sprinkle some almond slices and cookie crumbs on the top.

Place in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes.

It's out of the oven!
