Add salt, yeast, and sugar to the flour and mix gently.

Mix 40 grams of milk and 40 grams of water, and microwave gently to 40°C.

Add warm milk and water to the powder! Then add the egg liquid.

If you continue kneading, it will become smooth at some point. After spreading the dough out, add the butter and knead until combined.

After wrapping the sausage, pinch the seam to connect it.

Use scissors to cut the dough and sausage; it looks better if you cut the sausage into thin slices.

Spread the cut dough pieces one by one to the left and right sides, and the leaf pizza bread is done! Let it ferment again for 1 hour in this state.

Toppings for the pizza: Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, sugar, and sweet corn, and mix. ❌Note: This is not glutinous corn; it's sweet corn that can be eaten directly.

After adding the prepared ingredients, add an appropriate amount of shredded pizza mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle tomato sauce and mayonnaise on the pizza bread, making sure the piping bag opening is very small.

Bake in a 180-degree oven for 15 minutes. It's best to start checking the color after 10 minutes. Once baked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and you're done!
