Steps for making chocolate mushroom muffins (baking)

① After mixing the filling evenly, put it into a piping bag and set aside.

❷ Combine all the ingredients for the streusel topping, except for the chocolate chips, and rub them together until they resemble sand or gravel. Set aside.

❸ Mix and emulsify everything except the powders.

❹ When emulsification is complete, you can no longer see obvious oil floating on top.

5. Weigh all the powders and mix them thoroughly.

6. Then strain the mixture into the emulsified liquid and stir well.

7. After mixing well, add 45 grams of chocolate chips. I used 80% chocolate chips here, but if you don't like bitterness, you can use 65% chocolate chips instead.

8. Place a layer of chocolate base, then pipe the filling in the middle, and then add another layer of chocolate base.

9. Three is just right~

① Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), then bake at 170 degrees Celsius (340 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25 minutes.
