Baking | Earl Grey Tea Milk Jelly Cake Recipe Steps

1️⃣ Boil water until boiling, add milk jelly powder and stir well. Pour into a 5-inch mold and refrigerate until set. 2️⃣ Mix corn oil and cocoa powder well, add milk and stir well, add cake flour and stir well, add egg yolks and stir well. 3️⃣ Whip egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Take 1/3 of the meringue and fold it into the egg yolk mixture. Then pour the mixture back into the remaining meringue and fold well. Pour into a 6-inch cake mold and bake at 155 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. 4️⃣ Mix whipped cream with Earl Grey tea sauce. 5️⃣ Layer cake base, cream, milk jelly in the middle, and caramel cookie crumbs in the middle (see picture). Add cream frosting, caramel sauce for color, and decorate with cookies and nuts.
