Blueberry Mousse Basque Recipe Steps

Soften the cream cheese, add powdered sugar and mix well. Then add the egg liquid in batches and mix well. Finally, add the heavy cream and cornstarch and mix well.

Line a 6-inch mold with parchment paper and place a few blueberries at the bottom.

Strain the prepared Basque sauce into the molds and bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees Celsius for 28 minutes.

Homemade blueberry jam

Soak gelatin sheets until softened, pour in 30g of warm milk and stir until melted. Add cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream, and blueberry jam, and mix and whip until it reaches a yogurt-like consistency.

Add milk and gelatin, mix well.

Basque fresh out of the oven

Pour the blueberry mousse ingredients over the baked Basque.

Refrigerate for at least four hours before unmolding.

Decorate with a few blueberries 🫐
