The recipe makes half a 28x28 cm baking pan; for a full pan, multiply the recipe by 2. 🛒Ingredients: 220g low-sugar marshmallows, 90g butter, 65g dark chocolate, 45g milk powder, 20g cocoa powder, 250g Oreo crumbs or biscuits, 120g crispy snowflake pearls. For topping: Crispy snowflake pearls.

Prepare all the ingredients in advance. Turn the electric ceramic stove to medium-low heat. Put the butter in a non-stick pan and melt it slowly. Add the chocolate and melt it. Then add the marshmallows.

Stir constantly until the marshmallows melt, then immediately turn off the heat. Do not overcook them. Pour in the milk powder and cocoa powder, and mix well. Then add the crunchy pearls and Oreo crumbs.

Mix well, then repeatedly stretch and pull with your hands to completely coat the biscuits and crispy pearls. (Sprinkle a little cocoa powder and milk powder mixture on the bottom of the 28-inch baking pan. Mix cocoa powder and milk powder in a 1:1 ratio and sift onto the baking pan.)

Smooth and flatten

First cut into strips

Then cut it into your preferred size.
