Rich Black Sesame Flavor! Black Sesame Milk Crisp Water Cube Toast Recipe Steps

First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Pour the dough ingredients (except for butter and salt) into the stand mixer bowl.

Mix slowly until a dough forms, then switch to medium-high speed and knead.

Knead until it can be stretched into a thick film.

Add butter and salt and continue mixing on a slow speed. Once the butter is absorbed, switch to medium-high speed and knead the dough.

Knead until a thin, translucent membrane can be formed.

The dough should be fermented at 28 degrees Celsius for about an hour, until it doubles in size. When you insert a floured finger into the dough, it should not spring back.

Divide the dough into 4 portions, round them, and let them rest for 20 minutes.

To make the black sesame milk crumb filling, mix the whole egg liquid with powdered sugar until smooth.

Add black sesame powder and mix well.

Simply add the softened butter and mix well.

Roll out the dough

Turn it in one direction and continue rolling.

Flip it over and spread with black sesame milk crisp.

Roll it up from top to bottom, and stretch it a little.

Flatten the dough slightly and cut it into three even pieces.

Roll it up, place it in a mold, and put it in a fermentation box at 36 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes.

The toast has risen to 90% full.

Place in a preheated oven and bake at 160 degrees Celsius (top heat) and 200 degrees Celsius (bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Every oven is different, so the baking time and temperature are for reference only!

After baking, gently tap the loaf mold to remove the bread, then let it cool before eating!
