
Everyone should try making this pistachio milk salt bagel! The rich pistachio flavor is absolutely divine! The crispy sesame base gets even more fragrant with every chew! It's so delicious!
Materials
It smells amazing! Here are the steps to make a pistachio milk salt bagel.

Add the ingredients to a stand mixer and mix on low speed until combined. Then knead on medium-high speed until a smooth dough forms. Remove the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. Gently deflate the dough and divide it into 6 equal portions. Round each portion and let it rest for 15 minutes. Take one portion, flatten it, roll it out into an oblong shape, flip it over, and roll it up.

After shaping as shown in the picture, place the bagels on parchment paper and let them rise until they are about 200ml deep. In a large pot, pour 500ml of water and 25g of granulated sugar. Heat until small bubbles appear at the bottom, then reduce the heat to low. Place the bagels in the pot and cook for 20 seconds on each side. Remove from the pot, coat the bottom with white sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 18 minutes.

Brush a layer of milk on top while it's still hot after baking.
