Buttered dinner rolls (makes one 28cm square pan)
Materials
The recipe for Sam's favorite buttered dinner rolls~

First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Pour all ingredients except butter and salt into a container.

After mixing slowly until a dough forms, switch to medium-high speed for kneading.

Knead until it can be stretched into a thick film.

Add softened butter and salt and mix until the butter is absorbed. Then switch to medium-high speed and knead the dough.

Knead until it can be stretched into a thin, translucent membrane.

Place the dough in a proofing box at 28 degrees Celsius to proof until it doubles in size.

Divide the dough into 36 portions, round them, and place them on a baking sheet.

Place in a fermentation box at 36 degrees Celsius and ferment until doubled in size. Brush the surface with egg wash.

Place in a preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees Celsius (top heat) and 200 degrees Celsius (bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Every oven is different, so the baking time and temperature are for reference only!

After baking, gently tap the baking tray, brush the surface with a layer of butter while it's still hot, and let it cool before eating!

Finish!
