Separate egg whites and yolks

Add cooking oil, milk, cake flour, and cornstarch to the egg yolks.

Whisk until smooth.

Add sugar, white vinegar, or lemon juice to the egg whites.

Whip the egg whites.

Pour the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, add the seaweed and shredded pork floss, whisk until smooth, then fold in with a spatula.

Pour into the mold and shake gently a few times.

Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for one hour, then gently tap the oven a few times after removing it from the oven.

The pork floss flavored cake is so delicious!

Invert to cool, unmold, and cut into pieces.

Simple and delicious, with added pork floss and seaweed flakes, so fragrant 😋
