I've been craving bagels lately, especially savory ones with fillings 🥯, so I made a salted egg yolk and pork floss bagel. I personally prefer a soft yet chewy texture, so the recipe has a higher water content. This is also the bagel recipe I've been using for a long time, and I've shared it countless times! Sugar-free and oil-free, delicious and irresistible… Ingredients: 300g high-gluten flour, 170g water, 10g honey, 3g salt, 3g high-sugar-tolerant dry yeast (can be substituted with 10g white sugar if honey is unavailable) Filling: 4 salted egg yolks, 90g pork floss, 40g salad dressing (can be halved for a smaller amount) Steps: Refer to pictures 4-6 Baking time: Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 16-18 minutes Storage: Store bagels in a freezer bag in the freezer. Reheating: 1. Remove from the freezer and rinse under running water until the surface is wet. Shake off any excess water and microwave for 3-5 minutes (they will taste just like freshly baked). 2. After removing from the freezer, wrap the bagels in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes, or microwave for 10 minutes.
