Baking | Chocolate Blueberry Crepe Cake Roll Recipe Steps

Milk jelly: 1️⃣ Pour milk, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and heavy cream into a pot, heat while stirring, then turn off the heat. Add gelatin sheets and stir until dissolved. 2️⃣ Strain and refrigerate to set (as shown in the picture).
Layered crepes: 1️⃣ Whisk together eggs and sugar, then add cake flour and cocoa powder and whisk together. Add butter and stir. Add milk and whisk together, then strain. 2️⃣ Preheat a frying pan, pour in an appropriate amount of batter, and cook over low heat until bubbles appear.

Filling: 1️⃣ Melt cream cheese at room temperature + mix with blueberry jam. 2️⃣ Whip heavy cream with granulated sugar until soft peaks form + whip blueberry cream cheese until stiff peaks form. Place the crepe flat, pipe on the whipped cream, then add milk jelly (pictured above). Roll up and freeze for 1 hour to set.
