Steps for making puff pastry

Heat milk and sugar until dissolved, but don't boil it. Stir constantly to make a smoother sauce.

The butter needs to be softened properly, otherwise it won't absorb the sugar and flour.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 10 minutes to set the shape. Then, reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 15-20 minutes. In the last few minutes, you can switch to a convection oven for even browning.

If using mascarpone, 50g is enough. Crushed Oreos need to be crushed in a bag before adding. If you don't have a piping tip, you can poke holes in the piping bag with chopsticks, leaving a small opening, and pipe slowly, or you can cut the filling directly and pipe it as decoration. For this method, the cream needs to be whipped to a stiffer consistency. You can also add instant coffee powder or black tea powder according to your taste. Pipe as needed and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
