1️⃣ Separate egg whites and yolks. Add egg whites, sugar, and lemon juice to the freezer. 2️⃣ Sift cocoa powder and add 70°C corn oil, stirring until completely melted. Add hot milk and stir until fully emulsified. Sift in cake flour and stir until no dry flour remains. Add egg yolks and stir until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside. 3️⃣ Whisk the frozen egg whites until stiff peaks form. 4️⃣ Fold 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolk mixture, then pour the mixture back into the remaining meringue. 5️⃣ Gently fold the meringue into a baking pan lined with parchment paper from a height, shaking to release air bubbles. 6️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 159 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. 7️⃣ Let cool. 8️⃣ Whip heavy cream, salt, and granulated sugar until soft peaks form. Add crushed Oreos and mix well. Transfer to a piping bag. 9️⃣ Use molds to cut out approximately 16 Kitty shapes. 10️⃣ Layer cake base, cream, and cake base.
