Steps for making rabbit-shaped bread

① In a stand mixer, beat all ingredients except butter and salt until a thick membrane forms. Then add butter and salt and beat until a smooth, elastic membrane forms.

❷ Cover the dough and let it rise at 28 degrees Celsius until it doubles in size, about an hour.

❸ That means it's fermented!

Press down to release the air, divide into 6 portions, roll into balls (I used two portions), cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.

5. Roll out the dough, press and roll it up tightly, pinch the bottom edge, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.

6. Roll the dough into a long strip, about 40 centimeters long.

7. You can roll a sausage in the middle, or leave it unrolled. Then ferment at 35 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.

8. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (340 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 to 25 minutes.
