Oatmeal Cake (Oven-Free, Butter Flour Version) Recipe Steps
Oreo base: Mix 25g crushed Oreos with 10g melted butter until smooth. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lunchbox and refrigerate or freeze for about half an hour before use.

Main ingredient: Mix 80mL of hot milk with 25g of oatmeal, 10g of crushed Oreo cookies, and about 4g of gelatin sheets softened in cold water (remember, it must be softened in cold water; the first time I melted it in hot water, it all stuck to the sides of the container). Add 2 pieces of melted chocolate (optional, 2 pieces are a bit too much). Stir well and pour into a lunchbox (actually, the main ingredient is a bit small for my 480mL lunchbox; it only fills halfway. I can double the amount next time). Refrigerate or freeze for 3-4 hours.

Chocolate glaze: Melt 3 pieces of chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler, add a few nuts and drizzle over. I originally wanted to glaze it completely, but 3 pieces of chocolate weren't enough, so I could only make chocolate nut crisps. Next time, I can melt 5 pieces and put them in the freezer. I froze them overnight, took them out to thaw the next day, and ate them in the afternoon. So delicious!!
