This bread was baked using my first oven, which I bought 11 years ago. The oven is small, but I'm quite satisfied with the bread it produced. It's a 25L Midea oven, so I had to bake it in two batches.

My first 25L Midea oven β€οΈ

Prepare the pineapple filling in advance and let it cool before use. π

Mix all the ingredients for the Polish starter thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap, and let it ferment. It's ready to use when bubbles appear on the surface and the inside has a rich honeycomb structure.

Polish seed depends on the situation, not the time.

Stir with a spatula to remove air bubbles.

Put the fermented Polish starter and all the ingredients for the main dough (except the butter) into a bread machine and knead them into a dough.
