Materials
No matter how many times you cut it, it's still a panda bread ๐ผ recipe.

Combine all ingredients except strawberry powder, cocoa powder, and butter. After about 10 minutes, add the butter and continue kneading the dough. Divide the dough into portions of 252g, 190g, and 130g. The portions don't need to be exactly the same; approximate proportions are fine. The 252g portion can be used directly as plain white dough.

Add cocoa powder mixed with a small amount of water to 130 grams of dough and knead.

Once this kind of fascia forms, you're all set!

Mix strawberry powder with a small amount of water and add it to 190 grams of dough, then knead in the same way.

The three-colored dough is now ready. Cover the dough with a bowl or something to prevent it from drying out, and then let it rise for the first time.

After the first fermentation, divide the dough into several portions, shape them into balls, and let them rest for a while. Reserve 35 grams of the white dough, leaving 217 grams. Reserve 40 grams of the pink dough, leaving 150 grams. Divide the brown dough into two portions of 10 grams, two portions of 35 grams, and two portions of 30 grams. *The above figures are approximate values; please adjust according to your actual situation. To achieve a balanced result, ensure that the dough for the eyes and ears weighs the same.

After the resting time is over, roll out the largest piece of white dough into a rectangle that matches the length of the mold. Take 10 grams of brown dough, roll it into a long, thin strip, and place it in the center of the mold as the nose.

Roll out 35 grams of white fabric intended for use above the nostrils into a long, thin strip and place it over the nostrils. Imagine pinching it into a triangle, then squeezing it firmly to prevent air from getting in as much as possible.

Roll out 35 grams of brown dough into a flat oval shape to represent the eye, then fold it in half three times. Roll out the dough to match the length of the body.

Place it on top of the previous dough like this. If the brown dough is too close together, the finished product will look crooked, so be careful!

Fold both sides up and seal tightly.

Roll out the dough for the ears into long, thin strips and place it on top, making sure it's balanced. Roll out the dough for the middle of the ears into long, thin strips as well, flatten it with a rolling pin, and then place it in the middle of the ears. Make sure the dough is pressed firmly to prevent air from getting in.

Finally, put on 150 grams of dough on your head.

The molding process is complete.

Put it into a mold to ferment.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200ยฐC for 30 minutes, and it's done! After baking, remove it from the mold and let it cool completely.
