A baker's secret 7-day lazy pizza recipe: even those with no baking skills can enjoy freshly baked pizza in 10 minutes!

First, mix the dough. Add all the ingredients shown on the screen to the stand mixer and mix.

Stirring to form a thin film

Then divide and round the dough, making 60 grams for a four-inch piece and 110 grams for a six-inch piece.

Ferment at 30 degrees Celsius for about one hour

After fermentation is complete, sprinkle plenty of flour on the work surface. Roll out the pizza dough into thin sheets: 60g dough should be about 13cm in diameter, and 110g dough should be about 16-17cm in diameter.

Poke some small holes to prevent it from puffing up during baking, then let it rise for about 20 minutes.

After fermentation, bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 5 minutes.

Bake until it doesn't brown.

Next, prepare the side dishes and meat.

After the baked dough has cooled, spread a layer of tomato sauce or salad dressing on it.

Cover with mozzarella

Then add vegetables and meat.

After all are done, freeze them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set.

Finally, pack it in a sealed bag and vacuum seal it.

Or wrap it in plastic wrap.

Take it out to thaw before eating, then bake in an oven at 210°C (top temperature) and 180°C (bottom temperature) on the middle rack for about 15 minutes.
