What does "autumn grain" refer to?
Autumn grains refer to various grain crops that mature and are harvested in autumn, including corn, soybeans , sorghum , and medium-season and late-season rice.

What are the standards for purchasing autumn grain?
1. Rice
The standard is based on the national standard grade 3 early indica rice and medium-late indica rice produced in that year. The specific quality standards are implemented in accordance with the national standard for rice (GB1350). The quality standards for national standard grade 3 early indica rice and medium-late indica rice are: impurities within 1%, moisture within 13.5%, hulling rate of 75%-77% (inclusive of 75%, exclusive of 77%), and head rice rate of 44%-47% (inclusive of 44%, exclusive of 47%).
2. Corn
Meets the GB1353-2018 "Corn" Grade II or above standard: Test weight ≥ 690g/L; Imperfect kernel content ≤ 6.0%; Moldy kernel content ≤ 2.0%; Impurity content ≤ 1.0%; Moisture content ≤ 14.0%.
3. Sorghum
Color: Reddish-brown, without any white tinge; Grain shape: Firm, plump, and uniform grains; Cross-section: The cross-section of the grains is glassy, with a deep color and relatively thick skin; Moisture content ≤13%, impurities ≤1%, imperfect grains ≤3%, 1000-grain weight 16-22 grams, free from mold, pollution, and off-odors.

4. Soybeans
The soybeans purchased must be domestically produced soybeans from the 2023 crop year, and their quality should meet the following standards: national standard grade three or above, moisture content ≤13.0%, impurities ≤1.0%, whole grain rate ≥85.0%, and damaged grain rate ≤8.0%.
Note: The above purchase standards are for reference only, and the specific standards are subject to local purchase policies. However, please note that autumn grains that do not meet the purchase standards, such as those with excessive moisture or impurities, will be rejected.
