The correct way to make fertilizer from soybeans

Soybeans contain many nutrients and trace elements needed for crop growth, and they can also suppress a type of oil that is harmful to crops while providing many nutrients. The correct method for making soybean fertilizer mainly includes the following four points:

1. Soaking treatment

To ferment soybeans into fertilizer, they must first be soaked. Place the prepared soybeans in a basin or container, add water, and soak until the soybeans absorb enough water. Stop soaking when the seed coat swells and wrinkles. Generally, the amount of water used should be twice the volume of the soybeans to ensure thorough water absorption.

2. Heat and cook until done

After soaking, the soybeans will wrinkle. You should take the wrinkled soybeans out in time, put them in a pot to cook, and cook them over low heat until they are cooked through. After turning off the heat, let them cool.

3. Crush and bottle.

Prepare a container according to the amount of soybeans; choose a suitable size that can be sealed. After the soybeans have cooled, crush them. You can use a spoon to crush them or crush them directly by hand. Crushed soybeans are easier to ferment. Note that you should not add water during this process. Put the crushed soybeans into the prepared container.

4. Sealed fermentation

Crush the soybeans and place them in a prepared container for fermentation. Make sure the container is sealed tightly with the lid on, and place it in a warm, sunny place to ferment. It usually takes about a month to ferment and decompose. However, be careful not to fill the container too full; about eight-tenths full is sufficient. The higher the temperature, the faster the fermentation; the lower the temperature, the longer the fermentation time. Soybeans used as fertilizer provide a large amount of nutrients, making crops grow particularly vigorously.
