Baking | Steps to make Tiramisu Ice Cream Cheese Cookies

⚠️This recipe makes 16 cookies. 1️⃣Mix softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add whole egg liquid in two batches, mixing well after each addition. Add coffee liquid and mix well. Sift in cake flour and cocoa powder, and fold until no dry powder remains and a dough forms. 2️⃣Divide into 30g portions, roll into balls, and press holes in each ball with a tool. (Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, then let cool.) 3️⃣Mix cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and mix well. Add coffee liquid and mix well. Pipe the mixture into the cookies and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
