Baking | Steps for making hand-painted Goat Matcha Cake Squares

1️⃣ Soften butter, mix with powdered sugar until smooth, then mix with cake flour and egg whites until smooth. Prepare the colors separately and transfer to piping bags. 2️⃣ Place the printed pattern in a 28cm square pan. Draw a sheep on parchment paper (see picture below). Freeze the drawn pattern. 3️⃣ Dissolve goat milk powder in warm water. Emulsify goat milk with corn oil. Add sifted matcha powder and cake flour, stirring in a Z-shape. Mix with egg yolks until smooth. 4️⃣ Add a few drops of lemon juice to egg whites. Add sugar in three batches and beat until stiff peaks form. 5️⃣ Fold 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolk mixture, then fold the mixture back into the remaining meringue. 6️⃣ Pour the batter into the mold from a height and tap to release air bubbles. Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes, covering with foil halfway through. 7️⃣ Remove from the oven and let cool. 8️⃣ Whip butter with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread evenly over the cake.
