Air Fryer Tear-Apart Bread Recipe ๐

Mix flour, milk, eggs, yeast, and sugar together, and stir with a spatula until it forms clumps.

Knead 20g of butter thoroughly into the dough. This step will be very sticky; continue kneading for about 3 minutes until the dough becomes smooth.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Place it in a warm place to rise until it doubles in size. When the temperature is low, you can place it in a basin of warm water.

Take out the proofed dough and press it to release the air.

Divide the dough into four equal portions.

Roll the dough into an oval shape.

Cut into strips.

Roll up the dough from one side that was not cut to the other.

Place the rolled dough in the mold and let it rise a second time until it is 1.5 times its original size.

Brush with egg wash

Wrap in aluminum foil and air fry at 140โ for 20 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil and cook at 140ยฐC for 10 minutes.
