This recipe is one I learned while traveling, and I'm sharing it with everyone for free so you can make it at home for your kids. Here are three flavors: Orleans chicken leg pizza, sausage pizza, and shrimp and bacon pizza. I'll be continuously updating with new flavors!
Materials
A homemade pizza recipe shared without reservation: step-by-step instructions.

In a bowl, combine high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, sugar, salt, sugar-tolerant yeast, corn oil, and 340g of water. First, stir until it forms clumps, then knead it with the heel of your hand until it forms a smooth dough.

No fermentation is required; you can directly divide the dough into 45g portions for a 4-inch cake, 90g portions for a 6-inch cake, and 180g portions for an 8-inch cake.

After dividing the dough, let it ferment until it doubles in size (observe using a mineral water bottle cap), about 30 minutes. In summer, ferment at room temperature (covered with cheesecloth). In other seasons, place a bowl of hot water in the oven during fermentation.

Place the proofed dough on paper liners, press it down with your hands and gently push it out to shape it (if the dough shrinks back, let it rest for another ten minutes or so). Prick small holes to release air, and also press around the edges to prevent over-expansion during baking. Cover both the unshaped and shaped dough to prevent them from drying out.

After the dough has been shaped, let it rise and relax for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 5 minutes to set the shape. Remove and let cool. The dough is now ready.

Regarding pizza sauce, many homemade pizza makers use tomato sauce directly, which is low-cost and saves on labor, but the taste is generally just average. I make my own tomato meat sauce, and the taste is absolutely amazing.

Orleans Pizza: 1. Debone, skin, and remove the membrane from large chicken thighs, then dice them. 2. For every 500g of chicken, add 35g of Orleans marinade, 2-3 slices of ginger, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine (to be weighed), 1 tablespoon of salt (a dedicated salt spoon, to be weighed; do not add salt yet to prevent it from being too salty), 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce (to be weighed), and a little water (to be weighed). Mix well and marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Then cook until done and let cool. 3. Spread a layer of pizza meat sauce on the prepared dough and sprinkle a little cheese. 4. Arrange the chicken thigh pieces, bell peppers or corn kernels and peas for decoration, then sprinkle a thick layer of shredded cheese.

Sausage Pizza: 1. The sausages here are homemade crispy sausages. If you don't have them, you can use those from online stores or supermarkets. 2. Prepare the pizza dough, spread a layer of pizza meat sauce, and sprinkle a little cheese. 3. Arrange the sliced sausages, bell peppers or corn kernels and peas for decoration, and then sprinkle a thick layer of shredded cheese.

Shrimp and Bacon Pizza: 1. Fresh shrimp, remove heads and veins, boil in water for 3 minutes and remove. 2. Peel the shrimp, add freshly ground black pepper and marinate. 3. Prepare the pizza dough, spread a layer of pizza meat sauce, sprinkle with a little cheese. 4. Arrange shrimp, bell peppers or corn kernels and peas for decoration, then sprinkle a thick layer of shredded cheese.

After all the ingredients are prepared, seal them in vacuum bags and freeze. When you want to eat them, take them out to thaw in advance, or thaw them directly in warm water while still in their packaging. Air fry at 180 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese melts and the crust is slightly golden brown. The temperature and time are for reference only.

Let me show you his brushed effect.

This looks incredibly appetizing, everyone should make it!
