Baking | Cream Puffs (Air Fryer Recipe)
1️⃣ Mix water, milk, and corn oil, and cook over low heat until small bubbles appear. Turn off the heat and add low-gluten flour. Stir-fry over the lowest heat until a thin film forms on the bottom of the pan. Remove from the pan and spread out to cool. 2️⃣ Beat room temperature eggs and add them to the batter in small batches (stir well before adding more, judging by the consistency of the batter). The batter is ready when it forms an inverted triangle shape when you lift a spatula. 3️⃣ Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe onto parchment paper. Air fry at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. After baking, let it sit for 5 minutes before removing. Whip cream: Whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag. Let the puffs cool, poke holes in the bottom, and pipe in the whipped cream.
